Are you interested in learning the basics of fly fishing so you can enjoy the sport this spring, summer, fall and for years to come? The goal of this class is to instill a basic understanding of fly fishing gear, equipment, and essentials to prepare first time anglers for a day on the water. If you or someone you know has been on the fence and thinking about giving fly fishing a try, this class provides a great baseline and foundation.
Trout’s Fly Fishing will be giving a special presentation that is mindfully built for beginners who are interested in learning about fly fishing for the first time. This class is designed to help people understand basic fly rod and reel mechanics, the difference between nymphs, dry flies and streamers and how to master basic knots and rigging. We will also have plenty of time for hands on questions and answers.
The price of this class is $25 and everyone who joins will get a $25 gift that can be used in the shop or on our online store. If you have any question or would like to sign up for this class (class size is limited) you can call the shop at 877.464.0034.
