The South Platte River below the Cheesman Reservoir is still a little high but extremely productive at the end of June. Cody and I took a trip up to Cheesman Canyon yesterday and fished for most of the afternoon. When we fished the river the water was at 520 cfs but the clarity was excellent and we could see fish moving around as we hiked.
