Trouts Fly Fishing and Guide Service just wrapped up another successful On-Stream Beginner Fly Fishing School this past weekend. River flows on the North Fork of the South Platte River are on the decline making this a great destination for new as well as experienced anglers. With the weather temperature holding in the mid seventies, the river flow right at 345 CFS and sunny skies, we were able to enjoy the first day of summer here in Colorado at the Rowdy Trout Ranch.
A big THANK YOU to the Denver Post for helping produce this great instructional video in conjunction with Trouts Guide Service. With fishing starting to light up across the state, now is a great time to get into the sport of fly fishing. Be sure to check out our comprehensive educational offering scheduled through the rest of the summer, or just come by the shop and allow our experienced staff to help get you into this great sport.
