Come join Kirk Deeter on the second floor of the shop for an intimate evening where the author of Fly Fishing For Carp will give you a sneak preview into his new book as well as give you some inside information gleaned from his carp adventures here in Colorado and across the United States. Fly Fishing for Carp talks about the history of the species, eating behavior, and challenge they pose for the fly angler. Kirk will also talk about what he has on his plate for 2013.

Designed to expand fly tier’s ability to create effective streamer patterns with the sole purpose of catching BIG fish. In this class you will learn specific techniques including articulation, spinning deer hair, and other methods designed to maximize movement of advanced streamers.
