Don’t forget to get your Fly Fishing Film Tour tickets today. We have less than 20 tickets for the 8pm show available – we’ll most likely be sold out TONIGHT. If you want to go to the 4:00pm show, tickets purchased at Trouts Fly Fishing are $13 vs. $15 at the door.
Trouts Fly Fishing and Guide Service will be at both the 4pm and 8pm show on Saturday January 26th. In addition to sponsoring the show, Trouts has partnered with Orvis in effort to help raise more money for the Defend the Upper Colorado Coalition. Come find us at the show and purchase a special raffle ticket to get entered to win an Orvis Battenkill II or Mirage IV Fly Reel. 100% of the proceeds will be donated to Colorado Trout Unlimited and the Defend the Upper Colorado Coalition.
What can you expect to see? Here is a brief overview of a few of the films chosen for this year’s Fly Fishing Film Tour:
Tributaries is a journey to uncover the commonality among different cultures, people and water.
North of Wild is a short film that explores the pursuit of fly-fishing for bigger-than-life wild Brook Trout and Landlocked Salmon in an unimaginably rugged, remote, and beautiful plac.
The Shenandoah Valley lies just two hours outside of our nation’s capital and offers some incredibly diverse freshwater fishing.
A celebration of fly fishing’s past and present. An attempt to look at the innovators of today, the pioneers of yesterday, and the similarities and differences that have defined the evolution of the sport over its lifetime.
Long Live the King is a story of hope and resurgence for Alaska’s great King Salmon fishery.
