Great News for The Colorado River and It’s Avid Anglers

Crowding and pressure have long plagued the Colorado River from the Pumphouse Recreation Area to Statebridge, but a land mark move by Eagle County will soon change that.  Recognizing that increased pressure was diminishing the quality of the fishing on this legendary section of the Colorado River, Eagle County officials have set out to acquire more access on the Lower Colorado River from Statebridge to Dotsero.  Scott Willoughby, Outdoor Editor of the Denver Post, explains how this will benefit all Colorado anglers, click here to read more...

Needless to say, we at Trout's Fly Fishing are ectactic to know we will all have the ability to enjoy this relatively untouched section of the Colorado River.  2012 will be a memorable year indeed!
