Cody Hoeckelberg will be giving a special presentation on Wednesday March 26th that is mindfully built for beginners who are interested in learning about fly fishing for the first time. This class is designed to help people understand basic fly rod and reel mechanics, what kind of waders and boots are necessary to navigate rivers in Colorado, the difference between nymphs, dry flies and streamers and how to master basic knots and rigging. We will also have plenty of time to answer questions.
This is a great introductory class that will teach you the basics of fly fishing. As a follow up, Trouts will be hosting our first On-Stream Beginner Fly Fishing School at the Rowdy Trout Ranch the following Saturday (March 29th).
