Property Spotlight - The YR Ranch
The YR Ranch is a Featured Private Water and favorite fishing destination for Trout’s Guide Service. Located on the Lower Blue River just outside of Kremmling Colorado, this property is not to be missed by anyone looking for an opportunity to experience a world class Colorado trout fishery.
Late February through April is a unique season for the YR Ranch. During this time, rainbow trout push out of the Colorado River into the Lower Blue River and anglers get a chance to target large and aggressive fish. This property offers a variety of amazing fishing situations - dries, nymphs and streamers can all be productive throughout the spring.
The YR ranch does not receive any stocking and produces many wild trophy trout each year.
Because of a five-year environmental rehabilitation project and long term management plan that is currently underway at the YR Ranch, access to this fishery is limited - to book a trip call toll free 877.464.0034. There are currently only 15 days available to fish this property between now and the end of April 2013.

February: 24, 26 and 28
March: 2, 6, 8, 10, 21 and 27
April: 15, 17, 22, 24, 28 and 30

Full Day Guide Fee $395 1 or 2 anglers $135 3rd Angler

Private Water Rod Fees
YR Ranch $90 (2 rod fee minimum) rates do not include daily licensing and guide gratuities
