Product Description

Winner of Fly Fisherman Magazine’s 2012 Best Boot category, Simms’ RiverTek® is redefining what anglers have come to expect from a high-performance wading boot. Its revolutionary Boa® Lacing System lets you lace up ultrafast—with the one-handed twist of a dial—while its unobtrusive, clean design gives you a step up in the fight against Aquatic Invasive Species. And as for the ice-encrusted laces of steelhead seasons past? Winter on the OP’s Hoh, Bogachiel, and Sol Duc systems never looked so good.

Versatile book for a great price Review by Dustin

I am on my second pair of Simm's Rivertek Boa Boot and am extremely satisfied with its overall performance. I tend to cover a lot of water on each fishing trip, and my first pair survived over 200+ outings before finally showing some wear and tear. When it finally became too much, I sent the boots into Simms and they sent me a brand new pair for free. The lacing system makes it easy to take the boot on and off quickly, and also it's nice to adjust the tightness around your ankle with a few quick turns. The soles grip the river bottom well. The price is really good for the quality product you are getting. The only negative aspect of this boot is that over time the wire laces will wear down and need to be replaced. The replacement pair is about 12 bucks, and a quick Youtube tutorial shows you how to change them. Overall, I give this product 9/10 stars. (Posted on 4/28/2015)
