Fishing licenses for the upcoming 2022 season here in Colorado are now on sale at both Trouts Locations (Denver & Frisco). There's no time like the present to drop by the shop, get legal for 2022, and pick up flies, gear, and the like for your next day on the water.

As we start to thaw from the slower, colder pace of winter fishing, this is traditionally a time for many of us anglers to do a little inventory for the angling year ahead. Getting your fishing license should be at the top of your to-do list. Not only does your license allow you to legally fish in Colorado - which is pretty important, but the money from your fishing license supports conservation and secures public access to many of our favorite fisheries! A win-win!

In order to qualify for a resident license when purchasing your license(s) at Trouts Fly Fishing, you must provide your existing Resident CID# or valid Colorado Driver's License that was originally issued at least 6 months prior.
