It's always rewarding to get good news from customers after an education event or in-store seminar. There's no better feeling than helping our customers grow as anglers. It's why many of us at Trouts have chosen to work in a fly shop.

After giving his presentation on Colorado Pike on the Fly, Rick received an email from our customer, Justin Purdy (who happens to be pretty talented behind a camera as well - check out his Instagram. Justin took some tidbits and tips from Rick's presentation and put them to very good use over the weekend when he nailed this 28" Northern on the fly. Atta kid, Justin!
