LOCATION: South Platte River below Deckers

LENGTH OF TRIP: Full Day Walk Wade

"Tough morning but good afternoon. Looked for fish in the soft water but didn’t really find many. Found them deeper water along seams. They were eating worms, and leeches, and stones, but mainly worms. I had multiple fish puke their worm lunch in my net. Several had worms hanging out of their mouth when we caught they. I’d recommend using worms."
