The In-Store Experience | How Trouts is Handling COVID-19

While the situation surrounding the COVID-19 virus unfolds, we wanted to keep our customers and clients abreast of the precautions being taken, as well as new policies to help ensure the health and safety of our customers, clients, and employees. The following is a comprehensive list of all steps being taken to ensure safe visits to our stores and trips on the water.

  • All employees and guides have been notified that they are not permitted at work or on a trip if they are experiencing any symptoms related to COVID-19, the flu or a cold. Additionally, employees who may have been exposed are to remain home until they have been cleared by a medical professional. Similarly, we ask any customers and trip clients to do the same and refrain from going on a trip or coming into one of our stores if you are symptomatic, or have been in contact with anyone who has tested positive.
  • We are cleaning our store and disinfecting high traffic areas multiple times during the day. We are also disinfecting all rental gear, and equipment used on our guided trips and classes.
  • We have canceled all upcoming presentations and seminars until further notice. We will be uploading these to our YouTube Channel for these moving forward, please stay tuned for more details.
  • We have added "Curb Side Pickup" to our online store, where customers can make purchases online and we'll happily bring your order to your vehicle.
