At Trouts, we understand that having a strong foundation as an angler will prepare you for whatever fly fishing can throw at you. That is why we take great pride in helping anglers of all levels. So, why not ring in the New Year by joining us for one of our upcoming Trouts Fly Fishing Instagram live events hosted by our Director of Education Courtney Despos.

For 2022, we are excited to announce that we are hosting Instagram live events where you can tune in and get your fly fishing questions answered by some of the fishiest brains in the Rockies. No reservation, no signing up, simply tap or click the Trouts Fly Fishing profile photo when the event starts! Don't worry we will give you plenty of notifications, so you won't miss out!

How do I view someone's live broadcast on Instagram?

When someone you follow shares a live broadcast, their profile picture will appear at the top of Feed with a colorful ring around it and the word Live. Tap or click their profile picture to view their live broadcast.

While viewing live broadcasts
Keep in mind that when you start viewing a live broadcast, the person sharing and anyone else who's viewing may be able to see that you've joined. While viewing someone's live broadcast, you can leave comments, like, and share it. Anyone who's viewing the live broadcast can see when you like or comment.
On the Instagram app, tap Comment at the bottom of the screen to leave a comment, and


to like their broadcast.
On, click Add a comment at the bottom right of the screen to leave a comment.
Live broadcast replays
If someone has shared a live broadcast replay to their profile, you'll see it in their video tab on their profile. You can like, comment or send a video in a direct message.
