Return System: We wanted to make customer returns as transparent and easy as possible. We launched a new return system that makes this process simple and quick for the customer. Simply go to our Returns page and click the big orange “START YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE” button at the bottom of the page. This will direct you through a few quick steps and get your return label sent over right away to your email inbox. You will then be able to track your return throughout the entire return process and receive the return or exchange as quickly as possible.
Holiday Return Policy: Holiday shopping can get stressful. What if the recipient gets the wrong size or it just wasn’t what they were looking for? Good news for you, we offer 30-day returns from Christmas day. That means if you purchase a gift for someone they have 30 days from receiving it to return or exchange the item.
Local Delivery: Let’s face it, things just aren’t getting back to normal as quickly as we would all like. We are starting a local delivery service option to help you get what you need quick and easy. This will be offered to all destinations within 15 miles of our Denver location. For orders $99.99 and under this service will be a flat fee of $15.00. For orders over $99.99 this service will be FREE! Skip the uncertainty of delivery times during 2020 and get your items the same day if your order is placed before 2pm on that day. Orders after that time will be delivered the following business day.
Local Pickup: Something we have offered since the beginning of 2020 but many may not know about this option we offer. If you are not comfortable with coming into a retail location currently or just want to order ahead before getting up to your favorite fishing spot simply check “Local Pick Up” at checkout and we will have your order ready that same day! Things to note: orders will be ready the same day for orders placed before 3pm, orders after that will be ready the following day. This is only for items that show “Trouts Denver Location: In Stock”. We do utilize external warehouses for our online store, so some items require being shipped to our location first so these will not be available for same-day pickup. Quickview on Products: It can be frustrating to click through to product pages over and over again, especially when the wifi just does not want to cooperate. To get rid of this inconvenience we launched a new site functionality that allows you to simply view a product and add to cart without leaving the collection page at all. If you know the product is what you are looking for simply add to cart from the popup and continue shopping. If you need more information on the product, you can click through to the full product page right on the popup.
