Trouts Fly Fishing is excited to debut the all-new Trouts.com Rewards program. Previously we only offered a rewards program to our in-store and local customers. With this new program, all of our customers from any part of the world can join in on the earnings that in-store Angler Rewards offers. Please note that the online (Trouts.com) and in-store rewards programs are separate, so you will have to choose which is best for you. Let's break them down:
Trouts.com Rewards -
For customers that shop primarily online. If you live out of state/country/far away from our retail locations and you make your purchases predominantly online at troutsflyfishing.com, this is the rewards program for you! Your points will automatically add to your Trouts.com Rewards account immediately after your online purchase. Customers can quickly redeem their Trouts.com Rewards Points for online purchases with online coupons in our rewards portal.
In-store Angler Rewards -
Do you frequently shop at our physical Denver or Frisco location? If so, this program is for you. Please note that if you occasionally purchase online, your points will still be applied to your in-store Angler Rewards account since that is your preferred method of acquiring Rewards Points. In order for these points to be applied immediately to your account use the email address that is attached to your specific Angler Rewards Account at checkout! All points accrued in this program can be applied to your in-store purchases. So if you find yourself purchasing from our retail locations more than our online store, you will want to join our in-store program.
What if I am already an In-store Angler Rewards member and want to switch to Trouts.com Rewards?
No problem at all! Just be sure to email firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know that you want to be transferred to our online program. We will add your accumulated points to your online account (Trouts.com Rewards) and close out your in-store rewards account.
Can my Trouts.com Rewards points be applied to an in-store purchase?
Online rewards points are redeemable only through troutsflyfishing.com. However, we offer an in-store pickup option when you purchase through our website. Any in-store pickup orders are ready the same day as long as they are placed before 3 pm! Do you need something that we do not offer online? No problem. Just call us or email us at email@example.com, and we can get a custom order ready for you!
Can my in-store Angler Rewards Points be applied to an online purchase?
Our In-Store rewards program and the redemption of these points are for in-store use only. However, we understand that there are certain situations when in-store use is not applicable. Don't hesitate to contact us, and we can make arrangements to use your points online for certain circumstances.
If I buy something in-store and I am an online rewards member, will the purchase be applied to my account?
Yes. Let your cashier/sales associate know that you would like this purchase to be applied to your Trouts.com Rewards account at the time of sale. Trouts.com Rewards is not automatically applied, so please be sure and make this request at the time of purchase.
Are the benefits of these two programs the same?
Yes they are! For every $1 you spend you get 1 point, earning 10% back on all of your purchases . You can then redeem the points at intervals of 50pts ($5.00 coupon), 100pts ($10.00 coupon), 200pts ($20.00 coupon), 500pts ($50.00 coupon), 1000pts ($100.00 coupon), and 2000pts ($200.00 coupon)
A few things to note:
If you are a previous Angler Rewards member and wish to stay as an in-store rewards member, the online rewards portal will not show your current points balance as the programs are separate. If you want to know your points balance, please give us a call or shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Online and In-Store programs do not automatically work together. If you prefer to shop with Trouts in both realms, note that points may end up in different programs associated with how you purchased. We understand that this may cause confusion and are here to help. Just reach out, and we will do all we can to make shopping with us easy and rewarding, no matter how you choose to shop.
