STORE UPDATE | Trouts Denver In-Store Health & Safety Policies

Here's a quick rundown of our in-store policies & procedures moving forward through these uncertain times.

Denver Safer At Home Store Policies & Procedures

Staff

  • Must remain home if they have knowingly been exposed to someone who has come down with COVID-19, or is showing symptoms of COVID-19
  • Must sign daily check-in form noting they are starting work symptom free
  • Required to wear mask or face covering while at work
  • Required to wear rubber gloves while at work

Customers

  • Must be symptom free to be allowed into the store
  • Are required to wear a face mask or covering while they are in the store
  • Will be asked to sanitize their hands upon entry into the store
  • Are asked to limit the amount of product they touch

In-Store

  • The store will be limited to 3 customers maximum
  • All high traffic areas will be sanitized frequently throughout the course of the day
  • Customers will enter the store through the Marion St. door, and exit through the 6th Ave. door
  • Customers will be provided a pair of disinfected tweezers if they are purchasing flies
  • Customers will be asked to empty their fly purchase on the counter for staff to count, and will be asked to put them back in the fly container
  • Hand sanitizer will be placed throughout the store for use by staff and customers
  • 6’ markings will be placed throughout the store to help ensure proper social distancing
  • No public restroom will be available
  • Transactions will be Credit Card only
