It's Terrestrial SZN! After a little bit more water than expected, things are looking a little more stable on many of our favorite freestones (with the voluntary closures being lifted on portions of the Colorado, the Eagle and the Roaring Fork). We're still seeing plenty of Tricos, PMDs, Blue-Wings, Midges, and Caddis on both freestones and tailwaters, alike. Don't forget to tie on a big bug or two and fish worms, eggs, leeches, craneflies, scuds, and the like when the flows increase on our favorite tailwaters.

August is shaping up well and we're excited about the cooler nights the states been experiencing. Get your fill of summer fishing because fall is around the corner...
