Last night marked the first installment of our own Trouts Frisco's Casting & Craft Beers. While the weather was a bit wintery, the hardy people of Summit County would not be denied and joined us for an hour or so of casting with Head Guide Zeke Hersch and Guide Landon Calwell followed by the tasting of our Trouts X Outer Range Brewing collab beer - Home Waters IPA. We wanted to thank Emily and Lee for their excellent hospitality. Outer Range, which is located conveniently close to the Frisco exit off of I-70, specializes in IPAs and Belgians. The Home Waters IPA, a citrusy, tart, highly drinkable sour IPA, was a hit amongst the crowd at hand and, according to Brewmaster Lee, should be available on-tap through Friday. So, swing by Outer Range before the weekend hits to try our collab beer. Home Waters IPA is a sour IPA blended with Outer Range's One More Frontier IPA.
Stay tuned to the blog for date, time and details for the next installment of the Trouts' Frisco Casting & Craft Beers.
