Great day on Clear Creek. Winds were forecasted to increase as the day went on so we tried to get an earlier start and it paid off. Dry/Dropper was the name of the game and midges were the meal of choice. The presentation of a Dry/Dropper on small water gives you a huge advantage as opposed to slapping a nymph rig in there. There was good opportunity to fish small dries from about 10 AM until around lunch. Fish were still more than willing to eat a nymph during this time as well. Top bugs were a Top Secret Midge(20) and a Zebra Midge (20) in brown.
