TRIP SUMMARY

Low and slow on the South Platte. Crowds haven't been as bad- I think the moss is keeping people away. While the moss is absolutely a pain, the fish have still got to eat! Nymphing has been the ticket. Small midge nymphs in the AM and as it warmed, small PTs in the afternoon. The fish were also keyed in on leeches in various colors. Be sure to check your rig every few casts to make sure it is clean!
