TRIP SUMMARY

Nice morning wade trip today with a first time fly fisher. We battled the winter weather and found some willing trout! Size 18 Charlie’s Mysis accounted for all of our fish today. Drag free drifts, fluorocarbon tippet and white or clear indicators will help swing the odds in your favor. Be thorough when fishing a run, these trout aren’t moving far to eat your fly and you need to almost bump them on the nose with it. Good luck out there!
