TRIP SUMMARY

Decent day on the Eagle River. Flows are up some but the clarity was good. We found fish in the protected water behind structure and along the banks. Pats Rubber Legs and Orange Scuds were the top producers. Getting a quality drift at the right depth proved critical. Make sure your mending and weight are dialed in to get a good drag free drift which can be challenging in the higher flows. If you're not getting any action in fishy looking water try adding more weight before changing flies. Good Luck out there!
