Good day with fun people at Deckers. Flows increased from 77cfs to 87 cfs over Friday night and has been a few days, allowing for fish to become comfortable with the slight increase in flows. Fish were happily eating in deeper riffles on midge and small mayfly nymphs. The morning was incredibly windy but managed to blow away some of the crowds for the afternoon. Afternoon was great. Olive leech and Olive WD - 40 was the ticket. Fish are still spooky with the low flows, not all fish seen right now are feeding. Focusing on feeding fish will help your chances.
