Fishing on the South Platte near Deckers remains good despite the recent increase in flows. After a cold overnight and a significant bump in flows the last few weeks water temperatures were cold upon arrival. We found fish early on but they made us work for them until things warmed up. In the afternoon, fishing improved a bit and we even saw a few risers. Top flies for the day were an Olive Leech, Splatte Roller (16), and Barr's Emerger (PMD-18).
