Up and down float on the Colorado. Morning started off great with lots of action on small baetis nymphs and zebra midges. Fishing slowed for a few hours mid day but picked back up with the afternoon cloud cover. We found success after lunch throwing black double gongas to the deeper banks. Trout were all the sudden looking up in the afternoon as we switched to dries to end the day. Morris hoppers and small parachute ants produced several nice fish. Aside from the mid day dry spell, the Colorado fished well. Good luck out there!
