TRIP SUMMARY

Great day on the Blue River in Silverthorne today! With the good cold water in the Blue right now, we found quite a few other folks avoiding the closures and fishing this stretch but were still able to land a few really nice fish today. Earlier in the morning we had most of our activity on a size 16 Charlie's Mysis or an Olive Mini Leech. Later in the afternoon we saw fish rising to a PMD hatch and were able to net a few bruisers on the surface eat, size 18 Parachute PMDs were the ticket. All-in-all a solid day on the Blue!
