Xavier Puls and George Sinclair
We had a wonderful half day trip on the Blue River through town. Although the Father’s Day crowds were heavy, we still found plenty of fish and open water. With the morning hours we fished, we didn’t find fish keying in on anything particular. Eggs, worms, RS2s, and Caddis were working subsurface with a few hopper eats on top! At about noon, right at the end of our trip, we did found lots of (not so) spring Blue-wing olives hatching and active risers.
