TRIP SUMMARY

Great day of fishing on the Eagle. Our first time clients were into fish after only a handful of casts and continued pulling them in until about 12:30. Lots of big rainbows, a few browns and even a white fish. Fish were keying in on size 20-24 foam back emergers and wd-40s almost all day but with all the rises around us we also had success with some trico patterns, size 22. Things slowed down a bit as some cloud cover and wind rolled in, but we managed to get a few more in the bag before heading out. Water temps stayed in a good place for fishing well until 3:00pm and likely after.
