TRIP SUMMARY

What an awesome afternoon on the water! We had an incredible Baetis hatch that stayed on strong throughout the afternoon. Trout were spread out in and were eating heavily in the riffles and faster currents. Small stoneflies and baetis emergers were our stars of the afternoon. Think foam backs, RS2, and anything with a little shine and you'll be happy. Low flows meant making sure our drifts needed to be clean and drag free, but the sight fishing was A+.
