TRIP SUMMARY

With a bigger bump in flows, the full menu of South Platte staples is back. We spent the afternoon leading with a big tan San Juan Worm trailed by size 16 PMDs and a few different midge emergers like the Top Secret and Manhattan Midge. In the afternoon, target the head of a run, right where the shelf drops into deeper water. Also look to those riffles ahead of those runs to target actively feeding trout.
