With low flows, clear water, and incredibly active fish in the morning, the afternoons at Deckers can be a little slow. Fish will still take food when you get it right in front of them so use the clear water to your advantage and be as stealthy as you can be. There's some solid midge activity in the afternoon so load up with small Top Secrets and Manhattan Midge's. With low flows I've found the hopper dropper setup to be ideal in keeping you flies out of underwater debris and vegetation. And you might just find a big cutbow willing to hit your hopper mid drift.
