TRIP SUMMARY

Another awesome morning on the river. Flows are at a healthier level and trout are able to spread out. We got a ton of hookups of bigger lead patterns, tan worms and olive leeches put some good fish in the net. As far as trailers go, midge emergers were on the menu early in the day and then trout really keyed in on baetis like mercury baetis emergers and black and grey RS2s. PMDs will show up a little after lunch and are killer in those fast riffles at the head of a run.
