Fish are hungry and ready to eat at the Upper Beat of Rawhide Ranch. The morning brought scattered clouds so hiding your profile when the sun creeped out was key. Fish keyed in on attractor patterns eggs, worms, leeches, prince nymphs size (14/16), Harres Ears size (14/16), and brown streamers size (12). We mostly focused on deeper runs with slower currents, back eddies, and currents close to structures. The bite slowed down around 1:30 pm as the afternoon storms came through the valley and brought chilly winds and scatter snow.
