TRIP SUMMARY

Abell fished pretty good today. In the morning we had sunny skies and warm weather. Caught fish in a variety of methods including streamers, nymphing and on small chubby's. After lunch we had excellent dry fly fishing for about an hour until a bad thunderstorm moved in. We got dumped on for the next 4 hours but continued to catch fish on worms and baetis nymphs. Clients fished hard but the weather definitely affected the day. Top flies were purple shot glass baetis in size 18 and size 14 san juan worms.
