These nippers rule. So cheap, they last a long time, if they somehow slip off your fastener(s) you don't feel bad. Also the little spike for clearing eyelets is nice because it isn't attached to any sort of plier which can sometimes rip the eyelet open. Can't imagine every spending the money on fancy nippers.

Yes--5 stars. They do everything you need them to and they're dirt cheap. Obviously not as robust, long-lasting, or cool as more expensive varieties from Abel or Simms, but at a fraction of the price you still get the functionality you need for trimming flies and tippet on the river. No replaceable jaws or anything, but at one pair per year you can go a lot of years before spending as much on more expensive versions.
