Trouts Guide Service Report: 7/24

Don't leave your dry flies at home!

First off, my apologies for the fact that we've got a few days without some fresh content on this Blog but at least there's a good reason behind it- we've been really busy on the guiding side of things. More importantly though, the fishing has been the best we've seen in the past month! The rivers are starting to look a little more like their old selves again and the trudging around through the mucky, muddy, flooded grass is for the most part over. We've still got a long way to go before we get back to "normal" flows but like I said, the fishing has started to really pick up and that's more important to me than a CFS reading. Oh, and the dry fly fishing has been pretty outstanding. The PMD's, Caddis, various Stoneflies, hoppers and even BWO's on the right day are all getting the fishes attention. Need I say more?

Planning on hitting the water in the near future? Don't forget about our Happy Hour every Thursday and Friday from 4pm-Close. $.50 off flies and 10% off terminal tackle!
