Need to return or exchange an item? No problem! Simply follow the steps below and we'll be more than happy to process your return or exchange. Please be sure to learn more about our Return Policies to make sure your purchase qualifies.
Step 1: Download our standard Return and Exchange form here
Step 2: Pack your item and the completed Return and Exchange form in the original box that it was received. If you don't have the original box, or your item was shipped using an envelope, please ensure that the packaging used is of an equal or greater quality than it was shipped.
Step 3: Create a shipping label with the "Ship To" address as follows:Trouts Fly Fishing ATTN: Return Department 1303 E. 6th Avenue Denver, CO 80218
Step 4: Once you have a Tracking number for your shipment, please email this information, in addition to your name and order number, to firstname.lastname@example.org. This allows us to follow your package to our store, in addition to providing a faster return/exchange process.
Step 5: Take your package to the appropriate drop off facility.
Once we receive your package, we will first need to verify that it does qualify to be returned or exchanged. If the item is being sent back for return, we will refund your money using the method which you originally paid. If the item is being sent back for exchange, we will contact you to inform you as to when your replacement product will be shipped back to you, as well as verify the shipping address and desired time of arrival.
