As I write this to all of our loyal customers, I am in disbelief over the support we have received over the course of this week. While we have all been bombarded with negative news on a daily basis, customers have been making one thing abundantly clear; the realities of our world are changing daily, but rivers remain open, and people are going fishing. While we love seeing you all, truly enjoy helping you outfit for a meaningful day on the water, we must ensure that we are conducting business in the safest way possible. So, out of an abundance of caution, I have decided that, effective immediately, we are moving to Curb-Side Pickup only for our Denver and Frisco locations until further notice. We all need to make sacrifices to help move past this unfortunate time, and this will help to ensure the safety of our customers and employees alike.

The good news is that we have a world-class website to shop from, and we are going to employ other technologies to assist in the purchasing process. So in addition to our online store, the following are other ways to make sure you have the supplies you need from Trouts.

• Phone Orders - call either of our locations during our posted store hours and we’ll be happy to assist you in purchasing whatever you need.
• Google Hangouts - call either of our locations and we will setup an appointment where you will be able to video chat with one of our sales representatives.
• LiveChat - we’ll be online during normal business hours to answer any questions you may have while you shop. If we’re unavailable, simply leave us a message and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
• FaceTime - give either store a call, request a FaceTime call with one of our sales associates, and we will provide you a number to FaceTime with us.

In the end we are here for all of our customers, and we hope that these new policies will allow you to get the gear you need, while ensuring the safety of you and the Trouts team. We all need a release during these trying times, so please know that all of us at Trouts Fly Fishing are here to help and assist you in getting out on the water.
