Experiences are the ways in which we connect with our customers, ultimately creating a bond that transcends the walls of our stores, and creates lasting relationships for years to come. In a world that is becoming defined by the instant gratification of our day-to-day lives, we see experiences as ways that we can break down the barriers that exist between fly shops and fly shop patrons, and bring us down to an equal level of being anglers that are simply enjoying some time on the water.
Over the 25+ years that Trouts has been in business, we have always strived to define ourselves by who and what we are to our customers, and not simply by the wears that we sell. That is how we have grown from a retail-centric fly shop to the full-service outfitter that we are today. Our journey has evolved from being solely concentrated on selling, to an existence that is built around the idea of sharing in the experience that is the sport of fly fishing with everyone who walks through our doors, visits us on our website, or shares a day on the water with one of our guides or fly fishing instructors. As anyone who has ventured into the sport of fly fishing knows, a day on the water is about far more than just "catching", and the principle of fishing extends to the search for far more than just fish. As such we invite our customers new and old to join us on the journey and experience that is the sport of fly fishing.
