For this month's edition of Five Flies, we followed Trouts Online & eCommerce Manager Alex Kass to a high country lake with a pocket full of dry flies looking to track down some cutthroat trout. August is a great month to get into the high country as the cooler temperatures of fall are around the corner and our high country finned friends are making sure they're well fed before the feeding season ends.

While nymphs, leeches and scuds can all take fish, it's all about dry flies in the high country and Alex's picks reflect that.
