The Blue has continued to fish fairly well into the fall. They may not come as easy, but they are very willing to eat. A small bump in flows has certainly helped with the difficulties of fishing low and clear water, though this specific area remains very technical right now. Smaller tippets and smaller, natural-colored flies have been the key to success. On warmer afternoons do not shy away from small dry flies. Baetis are hot right now.
