Tucker Bamford and Sam Kinney
Fun day fishing the Middle Fork despite chilly overnight temperatures and overcast weather. With the afternoon fishing we could bump this to a 3.5. Winds were strong in the morning which made for slower fishing, however we still managed to find fish on various Hopper patterns as well as a Holy Grail Caddis. As the temperature warmed a bit and winds died down, fishing picked up post lunch. While we grabbed a few on nymphs, dries were the ticket in the afternoon. Top flies were various Hoppers, Elk Hair Caddis (18), and a Parachute Adams (20).
