A little slow to start the morning but once the sun popped out the river came alive. Had a few takes on olive leeches but the name of the game today was tiny and shiny. Small (22-24) midge and baetis emergers were the ticket today. Do your best to sight fish if you’re on the Blue. Flows are low and clear and trout are quick to spook. Once you find some fish actively feeding, get a cast and drift in front of them with good presentation and you’ll put fish in the net.
