TRIP SUMMARY

The day started a little slower for us in the morning but it did pick up for us in the afternoon. Nymphing with leeches and small midge patterns were the ticket. Fish were feeding heavily in the riffles which made for great sight fishing. As you approach the river, do so with stealth in mind. Walk slow and watch for fish sitting close to the bank in the softer water. A good pair of polarized glasses will help spot feeding fish. I really like the Bajio Nippers Sunglasses for spotting fish in all light conditions. Good luck out there!
