Trouts own Ivan Orsic is back on the tailgate of his truck to talk about the current river and fishing conditions throughout Colorado. We're seeing continued cooler temperatures in the high country and the fishing reflects that. Tricos, blue-winged olives, and terrestrials are the ticket along the South Platte, as it continues to fish very well, despite the recent drop in flows below Cheesman and 11 Mile. The Dream is seeing some healthy fall flows and we're starting to see kokanee make their way up from 11 Mile.
Not to sound like a broken record but, the Colorado, from top to bottom has been producing some terrific days with dry-dropper rigs and action on streamers is starting to pick up.
